Your quote is good for 45 days, for the requested class, location, and date.
Registration Confirmation: Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of a company check or company purchase order. For credit card payments, call us at 407-810-2983
Class Confirmation: A class may be canceled due to low enrollment. Classes will either be confirmed or canceled no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date via e-mail. Please don’t book travel until you receive the confirmation e-mail.
Payment: Company check or credit card. PO’s will be invoiced when the class is confirmed. Terms are NET 30 days. Credit cards will be charged the week before class begins.
If you need to cancel: Cancellations less than 10 business days before class are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
To re-take a class: You can retake a class up to 6 months after your original class on a space-available basis. If the course materials have changed you may need to purchase new courseware.
Class Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
